2. Services

SkyHost provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account access

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to host, distribute, or link to any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that violates any third-party rights. This includes spam, malware, phishing sites, and illegal file sharing.

5. Payment & Billing

All fees are due in advance. We reserve the right to suspend services on accounts with overdue balances. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkyHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
