We stand behind our services with a clear and fair refund policy. Your satisfaction is our priority.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All shared hosting, cloud hosting, and reseller hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

2. VPS & Dedicated Servers

VPS and dedicated server plans have a 7-day money-back guarantee. Due to the dedicated nature of these resources, refunds after 7 days are at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Domain name registrations and renewals
• SSL certificates once issued
• Add-on services (IP addresses, cPanel licenses, etc.)
• Services cancelled due to Terms of Service violations

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request through our client area or email billing@skyhost.com. Include your account email and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds

For annual or multi-year plans cancelled after 30 days, we offer pro-rated refunds for unused months at our discretion. Monthly plans do not qualify for partial refunds.
